Akunambol 0.2.2

Akunambol 0.2.2 has been released today.

This brings the following changes:

- Fixes the mimetype bug.

- Makes the .desktop file better.

There is  a new dependency on liblikeback – we’re now using a shared version, instead of including our one (to fix the longstanding horrible situation of kmess, amarok, basket, and others).
